Cookery Demonstrations
Demonstrations of our famous recipes. Arrive for coffee around 10.00am, the course commences at 10.30am, followed by a lunch of something that’s been demonstrated and a glass of wine and, of course, the recipe sheets to take home.

Residential Three Day Cookery Course
Participants arrive in time for tea by the open fire and settle in before dinner at 7.30 for 8.00pm. Breakfast is served each day from 8.30am, with coffee in the lounges around 10.00am. We assemble before going into the kitchen at 10.30am for the demonstrations. A light lunch, usually something Galton has prepared during the demonstration, is served in the dining room with a glass of wine. The rest of the day is then free for participants to enjoy the local attractions before tea at around 4.30pm in the lounges.
Each evening, after dinner, Galton will join us for drinks and coffee to discuss the meal and answer any questions that may arise. He will also give out the next day’s cookery demonstration notes which, of course, are yours to take home as reference work. On departure day, there will be a cookery demonstration, followed by lunch.
The price of the course is £665.00-£740.00 per person based on two people sharing a room; this includes all meals. However, if a partner is not a course-participant then an all-inclusive tariff for that person is £505.00–£575.00 (single occupancy is from £805.00). A deposit of £400 per room is requested on confirmation.

Prices are per person, full payment is required on reservation. Payments are refunded if cancellations made at least four weeks prior to the event. Please book early to avoid disappointment. The above dates are published in January, if you wish to received details please email with your full postal address. They are strictly on a first come first served basis, so those on our maillist will receive the dates first.
