We look forward to personally serving you a very high quality breakfast in our intimate garden restaurant. Morston Hall's menu changes daily to guarantee all food is prepared from the best and freshest ingredients, most of it from local sources.

Breakfast is served 8:00am to 9:30am. Early breakfast is possible for residents if ordered the night before. Continental breakfast can be served in your room (at no extra charge) from 7:30am to 9:30am.

Sample Breakfast Menu:

Freshly squeezed orange juice, pink grapefruit juice, apple or tomato juices.

Grapefruit segments or stewed prunes in orange and cinnamon

Selection of cereals, including weetabix, cornflakes, muesli, bran flakes, all-bran, crunchy nut cornflakes and rice crispies.

Fresh fruit salad

Porridge served with cream and brown sugar (optional)


Full English Breakfast

Free range eggs, boiled, poached, fried or scrambled

Bacon, pork sausages, fried bread, tomatoes, mushrooms, black pudding and kidneys (when available)

Our own smoked haddock or kipper


Toast with your preferred tea or coffee to accompany breakfast:

Traditional breakfast tea, Earl grey or Assam

Herbal and fruit teas or hot chocolate

Cafetiere coffee, regular or decaffeinated

Toast - white bread or our own homemade wholemeal brown bread, homemade croissants

Morston Hall marmalade, preserves and honey
