The recipient of awards from the most highly respected critics, Morston Hall's restaurant has a set tasting menu (changes daily) that guarantees all food is prepared from the best and freshest ingredients, most of it from local sources. Dinner is served at a single sitting: 7.15 for 8.00pm and costs £75.00 per person. The dining room is open every night of the week for residents & non residents alike.
Any dietary requirements are catered for, please remember to mention them when making a reservation. We will gladly alter the menu on the night should there be a certain dish that is not suitable.

Wine Flight - £45.00 per person
To enhance the experience of the daily changing seven course menu, we also offer a 'Wine Flight' to compliment the evening meal. We pair a wine with each course and work closely with the Chef Patron and Head Chef to enhance the flavour of the dish when choosing the wine. We use some classic wines but also wines that are less known and from slightly more interesting regions and grape varieties.
